Apple Chunk Bread
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
At beep add~~~~~
1 1/3 cups peeled and diced apples
Use Raisin Bread setting
Apple Cinnamon Granola Bread
1 c Apple juice unsweetened
2/3 c Applesauce unsweetened
2 tb Shortening
2 tb Honey
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1/2 c Granola
1 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Yeast
1/4 c Raisins
Place all ingredient in pan except raisins. Select sweet setting and regular
or dark crust. Press start. Add raisins at the add ingredient signal beeps.
Applesauce Cinnamon Bread
From: Hitachi Automatic Home Bakery Cookbook
1/3 cup applesauce
3/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine). Adjust as
needed for your machine.

1/2 cup apple -- grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal better for bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 tablespoon margarine
Add ingredients in order listed. Program for regular setting. Push start.
